At Nashik Cambridge School, we follow a well-structured daily routine designed to optimize learning and development.

Our school day is carefully planned to include academic instruction, physical activity, creative expression, and social interaction. This balanced approach ensures that students develop holistically and discover their unique strengths and passions.

The daily routine varies slightly for different grade levels to accommodate age-appropriate learning activities and attention spans. Below, you will find the general schedule for both primary and secondary sections.

Weekend Schedule

Saturday Activities

Special schedule for Saturdays focusing on co-curricular activities.

8:00 - 9:30 AM

Club Activities

Students engage in diverse clubs including Science, Literary, Eco, Robotics, Coding, Art, and Photography clubs, guided by dedicated faculty mentors to foster creativity and collaboration.

9:45 - 11:15 AM

Sports & Games

Dedicated time for sports training, inter-house competitions, and physical fitness activities under the guidance of specialized coaches with access to our state-of-the-art sports facilities.

11:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Performing Arts

Specialized classes for music, dance, drama, and other performing arts, where students develop their talents and prepare for various cultural events, competitions, and annual performances.

1:15 - 2:30 PM

Innovation Lab

Optional extended session where students work on innovative projects, research initiatives, and competitive exam preparation with advanced resources and expert guidance.

Note: Every second and fourth Saturday of the month is a holiday unless otherwise notified. On working Saturdays, students are not required to wear the regular uniform and can come in appropriate casual attire.

Examination & Event Days

Modified routines during examination periods and special events at Nashik Cambridge School.

Examination Days

During examination periods, the school follows a carefully designed schedule to maximize student performance:

  • 8:00 - 8:15 AM Morning Assembly & Mindfulness Session
  • 8:15 - 10:15 AM Examination Period
  • 10:15 - 10:45 AM Refreshment & Relaxation Break
  • 10:45 - 12:45 PM Study Period/Subject Guidance
  • 12:45 PM Dispersal

For Classes I to VIII, examinations are typically of 2-hour duration with regular breaks. Teachers remain available to assist students with questions.

For Classes IX to XII, examination duration may extend up to 3 hours for certain subjects, and dispersal times vary accordingly. Pre-exam counseling sessions are also conducted.

Exam schedules are communicated at least two weeks in advance through the school portal and printed circulars.

Event Days

During special events such as Annual Day, Sports Day, Cultural Festivals, etc., we follow this adjusted schedule:

  • 8:00 - 8:30 AM Assembly and Event Briefing
  • 8:30 - 10:30 AM Condensed Academic Sessions (30-minute periods)
  • 10:30 - 11:00 AM Extended Break with Refreshments
  • 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Event Preparations and Rehearsals
  • 1:00 PM Standard Dispersal or as per Event Schedule
