Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: December 15, 2024

These terms govern your use of Nashik Cambridge School's services, website, and all associated programs. By accessing our facilities, enrolling students, or using our website, you agree to comply with these conditions.

1. Admission and Enrollment

Registration and Admission Fees

Registration and admission fees are non-refundable under all circumstances once paid. This policy applies permanently and no exceptions are granted regardless of withdrawal timing or reason.

Age Requirements

For pre-school programs, minimum age eligibility is determined based on the child's age as of March 31st of the admission year. This cutoff date is strictly enforced annually.

Document Submission

Parents must submit all required documents including birth certificates, transfer certificates, and Aadhar cards to the school office within 15 days of admission. Failure to comply may affect enrollment status.

2. Fee Structure and Payment

Academic Calendar

The school operates on a two-term annual cycle: Term 1 runs from April to October, and Term 2 from November to March. Pre-school and main school fees are collected quarterly.

Payment Schedule

Quarterly fees must be paid by the 15th of the quarter-starting month (April, July, October, and January). Payments received after this deadline incur late payment penalties applied daily or as a flat charge starting from the 16th of the month.

Tuition Refund Policy

No refund is issued for tuition fees if a student withdraws during an active quarter. Fees paid cover the entire quarter period regardless of attendance or withdrawal date. For pre-school, no adjustment or refund applies to remaining months if a child is withdrawn mid-quarter.

Caution Money

Caution money deposited at admission is refundable only after the Transfer Certificate has been issued and all outstanding dues are fully cleared. Refunds are processed within 30 days after final exit formalities are completed.

3. Withdrawal and Cancellation

Notice Requirement

A written application with 30 days advance notice is mandatory to cancel admission or discontinue transport services. This notice period allows the school to manage resources and process exit documentation appropriately.

Mid-Term Withdrawal

Students leaving mid-quarter remain liable for full quarterly fees without any pro-rata refund for unused days.

4. Account Access and Security

Portal Credentials

Login credentials for the school portal or mobile application must be kept strictly confidential by parents and students. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account while it remains active.

Account Responsibility

Notify the school immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Do not share credentials with unauthorized persons or create multiple accounts for the same purpose.
